Director’s Message
I believe every human being has the potential to make a difference in the world. It takes finding your passion and taking risks to make your vision of the future a reality. We all face psychological and sociological barriers to finding our purpose and having the confidence to act.
I founded Riina Education for Innovation, Inc. to break down those barriers. The method is innovation! By making new connections between individuals and organizations, ideas and resources open pathways to creative solutions to problems and to new ventures.

The Mission
At Riina Education, our mission is to seek pathways to an environmentally and economically sustainable future, by focusing on research and programs that support innovation through the application of new knowledge and new collaborations for effective, efficient solutions and new ventures for communities.
We provide resources facilitating the sharing of knowledge across disciplines, leading to problem solving and community development, especially in under-served and under-represented communities.
Organizational Development
Educate individuals and organizations in developing leadership skills, understanding group dynamics, cross cultural communication, and funding for mission including grant writing with a special focus on faith based organizations and non-profits serving underserved and underrepresented communities.
Green Technologies
Educate and train individuals and organizations on emerging technologies and opportunities for new collaborations to promote environmentally and economically sustainable communities for the future.
